Welcome to Vec Art Studio. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Overview

Vec Art Studio provides customized digital invitation videos. Each video is tailored based on the details you provide through our order form.

2. Digital Product Delivery

All products are delivered digitally via email or download link.
No physical products are shipped.
The first preview is delivered within 48 to 120 hours.
After approval, the final version is delivered within 24 hours.

3. Customization & Revisions

Each order includes 2 free revision rounds for text, images, music, or minor design edits.
Additional revisions may be charged separately.
Major changes after final approval may require a new order.

4. Payments

We accept payment through bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and PayPal.
Full payment is required before customization begins.
Payment details are shared upon order confirmation.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our service, refunds are not provided once the design process starts.
If you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to address your concerns.

6. Usage Rights

You may use the final video for personal or event-related sharing (e.g., WhatsApp, social media, website).
Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the design as your own is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All video templates and designs are the intellectual property of Vec Art Studio.
Customization does not transfer ownership of the original template.

8. Client Responsibility

Please double-check all information submitted (names, dates, spelling, etc.).
Vec Art Studio is not responsible for errors in the details provided by the client.

9. Technical Support

We offer support for download or playback issues.
Support is available via email, Facebook, or WhatsApp.

10. Changes to Terms

Vec Art Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our service implies acceptance of the revised terms.
